Because each Agape Inspirational Designs personalized item is made especially for you, all personalized and custom orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
For items requiring a design proof, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, colors, photos, wording, and other personalization details before approving the proof. Once a proof has been approved, changes may not be possible.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Agape Inspirational Designs, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at no additional cost.
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for:
Customer-provided spelling or personalization errors that were submitted or approved
Change of mind after production has begun
Incorrect or low-quality customer-provided photos or artwork that were approved for production
Normal variations in color between digital screens and the finished product
Damage occurring after delivery or from improper use
Pre-Orders: Personalized pre-order items are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days after personalization details and any required design proof are confirmed.
