Shipping Policy

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Square payment processing. All items will ship once the order has been processed and payment has been received within 3-5 business days after receipt of order via Priority Mail thru USPS. Your billing address and credit card address should be the same.

 

*Exceptions – Some custom jewelry designs may ship within 2-3 weeks after final design has been approved and final payment has been processed i.e., Bridal Party Jewelry to ensure we create the final design you are satisfied with.

Custom Jewelry Policy

Agape Inspirational Designs guarantees  to keep our customers in mind 100% of the time. So the initial consultation for custom jewelry is very important. We will create 2 designs based on your style & color selection to ensure our clients are satisfied with the finished design before final payment is due.  There is an initial non-refundable deposit required before we begin designing that will then be deducted from the final payment. Deposits will vary depending on the cost of material & labor.

We guarantee to value our customers time and will be upfront with price, time project will take, & shipping times.  All of designs are Nickel-Free. However, It is very important that we are aware of any allergens to metals because we use a variety in our designs. Also let us know if you have pierced or non-pierced ears.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to address your concerns promptly and provide you with a positive resolution. Returns and Refunds

Agape Inspirational Designs offers repair or replacement for manufacture defect items only within 7 days of shipment, No refunds. Normal wear & tear, misuse does not warrant a replacement.

Expect a minimum of two weeks to repair or replace manufacture defected items.

For health & safety reasons Agape Inspirational Designs does not exchange or refund earrings. (Pierced or Non-pierced).
